Julie Wiggins, LCSW
About me
With over eleven years of experience in the field of mental health, I offer a compassionate, integrative approach tailored to the unique needs of each client. My practice draws from a wide range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), skills system theory, mindfulness-based practices, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and self-esteem issues. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives.
I believe that effective therapy is built on a foundation of trust and collaboration. Whether you are seeking short-term support or long-term growth, I am committed to walking alongside you with warmth, respect, and clinical expertise.
