Mishel, Aka Ms. Real is the best therapist ever. It’s taken me a little to find someone like her who is so comforting, informative, supportive, and genuinely caring; but she checks all of those boxes. I recommend her to anyone, if you’re new to therapy, or if you’ve been in it for 10 years and just need a change. She will accommodate for any need you have and help you accomplish every goal you present to her.

I like her approach, strong but caring. I feel like with her advice and guidance, I’ll be able to discover the real me and have clarity about my own feelings and triggers.

Professional, personable, & well equipped. She carries the tools needed for you to progress well and heal/grow effectively. She challenges you and is fully engaged during sessions. Attentive to trauma while bringing a bit of laughter and a practical approach. I'd recommend her to anyone seeking a fresh perspective and a friendly sage.
