Patricia Maksoudian, LMFT
About me
My approach to therapy is Christ-based, finding ways to integrate our understanding of God’s love for us with what it means to deal with problems and be emotionally healthy. I am licensed in Michigan and Indiana with 24 years of professional work experience in private practice and in the Department of VA. It is my perspective that relational wounds are most effectively addressed within the context of relationships, either with those one engages with regularly or through a therapeutic environment. I have experience in helping clients coping with life changes, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & grief and loss. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. My therapeutic experience covers helping others deal with depression, anxiety, anger, childhood behaviors, and parenting concerns. I have experience in helping clients with difficulties with life changes, relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss.
