I've been working with Jamie for a while now, and I really enjoy my time with her. She listens, she comes into each session with ideas and tools that may help. She doesn't push on tools that don't work or you aren't sure about. She doesn't histate to send homework or links to different ideas and tools. It feels like she's right there with you trying to help you figure out what works and what doesn't, support you when you succeed in a goal, and support you even when you don't.
