Hershel has been very helpful in helping me sort out the issues that I was concerned about. He has a warm, interested and welcoming way about him, and offers thought-provoking perspectives. Hershel is honest and authentic, two qualities I really admire and appreciate. I'm grateful for the time he took to unpack and talk through my issues.
