Jamie is an amazing listener and was willing to challenge some of my own thoughts about myself when I needed it. She offers new perspective in a calm and inviting way. I really enjoyed our conversations.

She was nice. She was honest and said I needed additional care that she couldn't provide - she wanted to help me and not her business. I am now canceling because I need additional services that BetterHelp can't provide.

Before Jamie began helping me, I was suffering from anxiety, depression, and loneliness. I felt stuck and did not know how to get myself out of that state. Jamie helped me understand the root causes of my depression and gave me the step-by-step tools to pull out of that black hole and learn to grow and get better. She is an empathetic listener and offers proactive advice. She never judges you or forces you to go further than what you are comfortable doing. Jamie always was always flexible in scheduling our sessions, mainly when I lived overseas and in a different time zone. I am forever grateful for the guidance she has given me.
