I’ve enjoyed working with Trevor for my therapy. He’s compassionate and gently reframes my thinking where needed. I really appreciate his mid-week nudges between appointments, which serve up words of encouragement or the reminder to schedule another session. As life’s stressors cause things to unravel, he’s there helping to hold me accountable to my therapy and progress. I believe he’s committed to my therapy beyond the transactional appointments each week, and it has truly helped me get the most out of them when we do meet. Thank you!
