Aaron has been fantastic, he listens and gives thoughtful responses on what he thinks could help based on our sessions, then follows up with useful info after the sessions. He's really helped me understand myself more and provide some tools I can use day to day.

Aaron had been amazing. It’s taken me a long time for find a therapist who I gel with, he’s able to guide me in the best way for me. Understands my way of thinking. After all the hard stuff he’s easy to have a giggle with after too. Responds quickly and his responses are always clear and helpful and show that he makes an effort to listen and not generic responses. I’m feeling really positive about my journey now
