Brittany Berryman, LPC
About me
I am licensed in Texas with 14 years of professional work experience. I have worked in inpatient hospitals, partial hospitalization programs, and outpatient settings, including working in private practice for the past 14 years. I have also worked many years as a life and career coach, and people business consultant, and am happy to discuss topics like leadership development and organizational psychology.
Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults. I work with individuals, families, and couples. Some examples of issues I have worked most with include: depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, trauma, self esteem, self worth, relationship issues, ADHD, and motivation.
I specialize in working with individuals who value a warm, compassionate, yet direct approach. In our work together, you will be heard, validated, and supported in a safe, nonjudgmental space—one where acceptance and meaningful change can coexist.
My therapeutic style is holistic and personalized. When life feels overwhelming or you find yourself stuck at a crossroads, therapy becomes more than just a place to talk—it becomes a place to discover clarity, find yourself, take action, and define what happiness means to you.
If you're seeking a therapist who is empathetic, supportive, and committed to helping you feel heard and empowered in your journey, I’d be honored to connect. You are not alone. You matter. Positive change is possible.
