About me

I am licensed in California with 45 years of professional work experience. My expertise comes from working with the Department of Mental Health in LA County ( worked with the mobile Psychiatric Evaluation Team, hospitalized suicidal, and homicidal patients; provided psychotherapy to children, adolescents and adults; worked with persons in individual and group therapy experiencing symptoms from depressive disorders, anxiety, trauma, sexual abuse and child abuse); medical social work in the acute care and LTAC hospital settings; and home health settings; adoptions and foster care; provided case management and housing services to homeless persons in LA County; managed a cash pay and insurance private practice; and provided clinical supervision to numerous social work, psychology, and marriage and family interns. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.
