Hi! I'm so glad you've taken this step to try therapy and reached out! Everyone deserves to slow down, connect, and feel heard and validated, and therapy is a place to find this.

Each of us, at some time or another, becomes captive to the pictures we have in our heads and we feel out of control, believing things are hopeless, not knowing which way to turn. When it comes to situations like this and the unhappiness individuals may be feeling, realize that there are better choices available and that it is possible to learn how to make them and be able to take charge of our lives.
Let me help you learn how you can take charge of your life and feel empowered. I work from an empathetic and nonjudmental perspective, using a holistic approach, addressing not only emotional well-being, but physical, mental, and spiritual needs as well.
